Pete Cohen

Pete has a depth of hands-on experience working shoulder to shoulder with product development teams, taking innovative concepts through from idea to scale. This has included working with senior leaders to create the conditions where teams can perform optimally to create tangible results, as well as fine tuning the ways that individual teams work internally and collaboratively across an organisation.

As a thought leader, Pete frequently presents at Australia’s leading conferences such as Agile Australia and LAST (Lean, Agile and Systems Thinking) on topics as diverse as product management, innovation, social entrepreneurship and chaos engineering (a cutting edge technique for building resilience into IT and people systems).

Creativity and social impact are areas that Pete also has a strong interest and background, having toured internationally with his band, and being the co-founder of the charity Flying Robot School, and the principle collaborator with the Shared Value Project in the development of an innovation framework to help organisations address the sustainable development goals.
